We booked a 3 bedroom villa and got a 5 bedroom villa, that was really awesome. The villa was clean and very spacious and the surroundings very quiet. We really enjoyed the large private pool but also the community pools (outdoor and indoor) at the M Bar. The only negative point was the poor wifi in the upper rooms.
We loved our stay in Martinhal, Quinta Do Lago. The location is great. The Villa was fabulous, very clean, well equipped and the staff were exceptional. We didn't want to leave and we will definitely will go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay here over the Christmas holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our villa was perfect. We have two children, one of which is a toddler. The stairs had built in gates so we didn't have to worry. They provided a highchair, sleeping cot, and diaper pail. We had child (plastic) plates and bowls. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus!! We had our own private back yard where we spent a lot of time. The television had lots of kids channels. Plenty of fridge space and everything we needed for cooking meals when we didn't want to eat out. The restaurants were always yummy and provided a complimentary service of watching your kids while you finished your meal. They always brought out the kid's food first so they weren't left waiting for long. The beach was beautiful and clean. The village square was so much fun! Lots for the kids to play on. Very close drive to Sagres to walk around. The camp service was seriously amazing! We were able to have some kid free time while both kiddos has the best time playing with friends and very friendly staff. We're already planning our next trip back!!
We stayed in a beautifully decorated modern four bedroom villa with pool and we certainly couldn’t fault the accommodation. It was cleaned to a high standard daily. We were in Quinta for a family celebration and all the family loved it here. We will definitely be coming back to this fabulous place.
Lovely stay at the villas. The villa are clean and in great location. The facilities are great, big properties and ensuite rooms. Great place to entertain and party. ||Big swimming pool and lovely place for adults and kids especially. ||
Overall, we didn’t enjoy the Martinhal experience in Quinta do Lago. There is not hotel, just lots of villas with a shared pool area, and kids’ club/playground. Family members have stayed in other Martinhals and spoken very highly of them …
